If I bought multiple (penny) items, consecutively from the same seller, does it make sense that only 1 new feedback was added to my profile even though the seller left feedback 3 times?

If someone won a bid but never paid, will eBay bill me for that?

Yes.  I recently had the same experience,  and it wasn't with penny items -  it was $500 items  :(

The cheapest shipping method is usually USPS first-class mail, though once your package weight is over 13 OZ you can't use FC mail, so your next choice (using USPS) is Priority Mail or Parcel select.

So you basically say that if I'm not opening a case I'll have to pay?

Don't wanna open a case against my wife  ;)

no, but you'll have to open a case with them
-1 they do charge.
You then have to open a case to get the fee back. Or turn on the auto function.

Her account was just opened a week agao... so I don't care.... But if I just cancel the sale, (which sounds the easiest) will it hurt me, correct?

@IlHerman

Be careful with fake bidding. Don't be surprised if eBay takes you both down.
