$200 Staples GCs Now Online

I don't understand what all the excitement is. I was able to purchase these a few months ago online by Staples.

$wise it is, but I'd rather spend my time running to MO centers/WMs for gc's that are netting me 50K.

When you buy MO at WM, can you buy $1000 MO and pay with 5 $200 GCs?

Probably not.  They have been very picky lately about checking the card you pay with.  If they see the word gift on it, forget about any money order.

You can pay with $500 GC's. Just need a store that will take it.

And as CV said, you can use up to four cards in one MO purchase.

I did one order for 10 got a call saying delayed til May 13 then did 10 for in store pickup and that was automatically set at May 13

So now I wait

in the future don't do in store pick up with gift card orders at staples... IME they come in the mail and the manager doesent realize they are gift cards for a customer. It becomes a huge pain in the neck! I think someone else mentioned this upthread as well.

You can pay with $500 GC's. Just need a store that will take it.

And as CV said, you can use up to four cards in one MO purchase.

Thanks for the info.  It seems a pain to buy MO with GCs. I am afraid to catch attentions by split payment to multiple GCs.

How many is everyone ordering at one time?

I ordered 20 and got a call from them  requesting that I reorder in quantities of 9 or less, because under federal regulations they cannot process a GC order of more than $2000.
So they cancelled my order and I went and reordered in smaller quantities.

This is new. I have more than 10 orders from last two months and never had this problem.

This is a Staples rule not Fed.

I made 2 orders of 10, cc has been charged, got a email and phone call today that the shipping will be delayed a week or so.

This is new. I have more than 10 orders from last two months and never had this problem.

I think it gets flagged when you do it all in one order.
