We have looked into what you have shared and we have confirmed that the members were taken care of and their concerns had been addressed.

We would also like to confirm that the system used for SameDay:
The system can identify when suspicious activity is occurring - such as when unauthorized items are added to an order.
Members are always notified of order updates and can verify all added items or order edits while the order is in process - and they can report any issues immediately
Members will never be charged for these issues or the charges will be reversed once they have been reported
Shoppers with instances of suspicious behavior are tracked and flagged and/or deactivated.

not sure if related, but at costco(regular instacart) my shopper could not add anything, only i could.

Thats interesting, but also false. Their system doesnt identify when suspicious activity is detected, and members dont get notified of these edits.
