Be aware! You can't send yourself a check from your own RC account only from other account.

Not sure what the steps are...I asked her to load the card and she had absolutely no clue what it was or how to do it. She's like it's a debit card you can't load it with a credit card..

Tell her its not like a debit card and you have done it before, And ask her nicely if she can try.

You should politely instruct the rep to swipe your RedCard on their keyboard. See all our comments above for what else to expect in the process.

Yes. The first thing it asks how much you want to load. Then it shows a screen saying item can't be paid for with a Target gift card, and to press K1 to continue. The next screen is the itemized list of purchases, which will just be your RC load if that's all you're getting. The rep may ask if that's all, then has to press a key that lets you pay with your favorite method via the customer terminal. Then you tell the last 4 digits to the rep, and then you get your receipt.

It's lots simpler than it seems. They will definitely get what's happening after the first step or two, and then they will know what to do in the future. Most reps that haven't seen it before are actually appreciative and think it's cool that I taught them something new
