Is there a better number to call, other then the one on AC's website, to get through to some more competent reps.
There are multiple Brussels flights that show up on UA, EF, and LH, but none of these agents can find it.
Heck, they never even heard of the word long sell. Gosh this is frustrating.

Try the words "manual request" or "request the space manually" and always say a supervisor told me that some fights this is what needs to be done to book it.

It just took me today 5 HUCA to book an LH flight that wasn't showing.

I've used all these words, just not the supervisor, but I see it can take a few hucas. I'll keep on trying.
But, is it at all possible that the award is not available to AC at all, or if it's showing up on the other sites, it's always available to AC too ?

] Another 5 hucas, and even after they requested the flight manually with the flight numbers, it's not available. Are they not doing it right, or is it possible the space really isn't there ?!

Update: after much persistence, I finally got a manager to manually long sell the seat from Brussels, and she said the seats are waitlisted, and AC can't book it. Does that make sense, and it's time to give up ?!

UA & Aeroplan show space, but UA can't book it. Saw as well LH on UA/NH but Aeroplan can't boom it

Together = 80k/165k
Europe 1 seperate = 60k/90k + 50k/75k
Europe 2 separate = 75k/105k + 50k/75k
