I don't know what to say, other than something isn't right. Certain buttons aren't showing up for you for some reason...

I get the same pic, no bbcode option or link

ETA: I figured it out, you only get the bbcode option when you click share after you click on the picture

I write it as a PM to myself. This let's me format it properly from the very beginning and I could save my work easily by hitting send.

If I want to insert a static map (like from here) can I just copy the html code they generate and post it as an image (it worked fine as a preview) or is it better to save the image to Flickr and upload it from there?

Basically either would work, but doing it direct seems simpler.

So this is not like hosting a regular image on DDF because it is using html code?

I have one image saved as code and I am not sure how to change the size and can no longer figure out how to save it as an image so I can use Flickr.

DDF uses BBCode, not HTML. I haven't looked too closely at that site, but you'd need either an IMG tag or an image file generated to be able to use it here.

Sure. You can also use Google's My Maps to build more complex maps.

Trying to add pictures from Flickr to my TR and I don't have the "bbcode" option when hitting 'share'. I see a few people mentioned the problem but none of the solutions seem to work for me. I'd greatly appreciate any help. TIA
