1. 19th Arrodisment Paris. 3 star +
2. November 23-26 (3 nights).
3. Two adults.
4. Two beds.

Have looked at Holiday Inn Express Paris-Canal de la Villette, which seems perfect for us location wise. Cheapest is €132 per night or €157 for flexible rate.

Anyone have anything better either in this hotel or another one nearby?

BTW when booking a non refundable rate, it says deposit required. How much will that deposit be? IOW if I want protection against cancellation, is it worth while to pay the extra €75 for the flexible rate or is it cheaper to just lose the deposit?

Outside New York City:
Any recommendation for medium-nice hotel in or around either Hastings-on-Hudson (near Yonkers) OR Port Washington (LI)?  We have Hyatt, SPG points. Looking for good value not luxury. Something like a Hyatt Place or courtyard or Aloft etc. ideally under $100? On 12/27. Thanks.

I found a Hyatt place in Garden City, not far from Port Washington, for 8000 points. That seems like a pretty good deal. Does anyone know the place?
