I know people still using 3g, but I googled it and it seems that at&t is passing out the 3g network at the end of '22, but the no longer allow 3g activations. So if you need a phone your out of luck.

I haven't seen any basic 4g phones with a keyboard :'( , unless @Kosher_Cellutions ends up coming out with a keyboard phone , hopefully in the near future. (Though it's not looking good ;) )
