@chaimmoskowitz I do think its an empty threat. I dont see how they can prove in a court of law that someone sold AS miles. Unless both the seller & buyer bank with BOFA & there is a check involved or some time of quickpay program if BOFA has one. Just my 2 cents.
Personally I wouldn't, but a cash transaction I don't see how it can be proven. In either case its not worth the time in court over a few points..
You have it all wrong. They don't need to prove anything. It will be you that will need to take them to court. If it came to that would you lie in court?
How about over your $15k bill that they sent to collections, is that worth the time in court?
