Hilton certs, get the CC or buy for 200-250.
But honestly isn't much need, just stay by one of the cheaper ones.

A visit to the Bedouins in Midbar Yehuda (jeeping). I did it this past summer. It was awesome. It's not just visiting history, it's watching it live! Must be done on a jeep tour. I did a 2 hour tour. Longer tours are available too. Anyone else here did that?

JTZ, I can't believe no one told you about the segway tour of Jerusalem :)

Also a lot of activities listed take considerable amounts of walking or hiking, make sure you know what you are getting into.

I agree with Freddie that a tour guide can add a lot of flavor to a visit.

I seen the Segway tour in one of the TR's. Probably will be doing several day tours.

Air Canada, Delta, or United are $3.3K from ORD-TLV via YYZ, JFK, or EWR. That should be about 165K AMEX Biz Plat points after 50% rebate.
Can't go wrong with any of those.
Unless I can grab an award flight with out much time invested this is a sure winner for me.
n00b q.. I would need 660k to book this for 2 RT, right?
