on delta $3000 to get 45k at 1.5 cent

SPG is alot more flexible than DL. I dont think you can get 1.5 for DL.

If you have VR access you can pretty much buy as many as you want and liquidate via MVD or BB.

Even if you aren't limited with respect to VR's, you're limited with respect to what your credit profile can handle...

Not anymore than any other purchase.  Sure if you max out your limits you may get FR'd, but that's not the end of the world if you make any money.

Im not talking about maxing out rather 500 or 1k charges from cvs, walgreens X 20 sounds a little fishy to me.

WHo do I call to get an application approved ... Do I still call recon if they haven't denied me.. or is there another Chase number
