One of these days I'm going to get around to writing up the pros of living in Brooklyn...
I actually started doing it a while back, I probably have it saved somewhere.

I don't think anyone doubts there are pros to living in Brooklyn. If there weren't there wouldn't be as many people as there are. The point is the cons way outnumber the pros.

Not that Monsey is the be-all, end-all by any stretch of the imagination, but moving out of Brooklyn was one of the best decisions of my life. The quality of life is so much better it's unbelievable.

True. It's a lot harder to justify living in Brooklyn over Monsey than it is over OOT.

Probably didn't realize that average houses in CLE don't cost $400K
Yep. So, this is considered a very fancy house then?

I commute into the city every day. It's not as bad as you'd think. In fact, I wake up later now that I did in Brooklyn, since we daven shachris on the bus.

Kindly share more details about the bus. how long is the ride where are the stops ? Do they have a gemara shiur on the way back? Do they pick up from pamaona? How much does it cost?

And if you dont mind what is the greatest quality of life improvement you fell because of moving .

i have done the commute, so it is as bad as i think
and i would rather not daven shacharis on a bus, but thats a personal preference, not meant to be a snarky comment
