Unless you have a private pool like dan in thailand its for sure not allowed.
So even late at night or at a quiet beachThe chance that someone will pass by or look out of window and see her is a problem.
But maybe there were cameras in our villa ;DHonestly, I'll be happy to give anyone a heter to swim with their wife at a deserted Hawaiian beach at night. Other than that, feel free to ask your LOR
IME the reason to go swimming late at night or other deserted times is that husband and wife can swim together, not so the wife can go not fully covered. If she has a "cover-up" then i don't see the problem.
together? whats the problem of going swimming together? Why wait for the night? The question was if she can go in a bathing suit. If its mutar, then the day should also be fine.
I was wondering the same thing. When he started with "IME" (assuming he meant IMO) I was thinking "what does his opinion have to do with halacha?" The I read his post I was like "Huh?"
