They finally came to their senses. Now do they have enough courage to get rid of that wimp DH?
I'm mostly old school but to be honest, DH is coming to NL without question. If new CBA goals include increasing entertainment and decreasing injuries to key players, how can having pitcher bat be sold to both sides (i.e. owners and players) when it's usually an automatic out, not entertaining, and an injury risk (e.g. even Degrom who hit >.300 this year, according to him, suffered two, albeit minor injuries from swinging). Yes, Bart HR was memorable, but is it worth the 85% of the time pitchers get out and kill rallies?
