Unlike others here, I never polarized people into two extreme groups ruling out anything in between. There are many people who are for more knowledgeable than me and disagree with me. With Covid in particular there are also many who are simply uninformed, or don’t believe commonly accepted truths. But it’s also no secret educated people tend to lean a certain way politically all across the globe, whichever metric you use to identify them (college educated, city residents).
Most importantly, my point was in a hypothetical scenario where information wasn’t as readily available, there would hypothetical people who are less informed and thus jump to provocative, extremist, emotionally tempting violent behavior.
