Are there any chargers that aren't hardwired, and qualify for charge up nj and the jcp&l rebate.

Anyone have experience with Polestar 2?  At $299 lease with Costco incentive of $2000 on down payment seems like a steal, but based on my research its safety features are less than idea (e.g., too sensitive, ironically potentially causing more safety issues than it solves)
