Like the WSJ editorial. I emailed gov Coumo this past Sunday to push off the plastic ban for a few months using this argument

Unfortunately most of what Coumo does regarding the environment and COVID-19 and pretty much anything else is posturing and virtue signaling and more likely than not in complete disregard of actual data.

The same could be said about most politicians but the problem is acute in Left wing and Progressive ones.

Actually the TJ's I saw this at was in NJ and they didn't charge for paper bags. (I don't know if plastic is banned there)
