What a racist article. Basically saying that we should specifically give certain racial groups money. Why should it be defined by race? It should be defined by income need, regardless of race. This BS is getting so exasperating.

To me it read like she wrote 2 articles, and then tried to combine them - one article about the economic impact of COVID and the need for economic stimulus, and a 2nd article about how everything is racist.
