Link to form that needs to be filled out within 48 hours of flight to Israel

Accordingly, the FINAL criteria For entering Israel are as follows - you must meet ONE of these conditions in order to enter Israel:

1. Vaccinated within 180 days of the trip with either a second vaccine or a booster and it must be at least 14 days after the shot.

2. Recovered within 180 days of the trip with DIGITAL proof of a positive PCR result and more than 11 days have passed since the positive result. This type of proof only exists in the EU. The UK will likely have it as well.

3. Recovered anytime – even more than 180 days before the trip - with DIGITAL proof of positive PCR result AND vaccinated with at least one dose within 180 days of the trip. Again at the moment the digital proof only exists in the EU and possibly the UK shortly.

Your vaccination or recovery CANNOT expire while in Israel, which means you may not be in Israel more than 180 days after your vaccine or recovery have expired.

CONSEQUENCES FOR VIOLATING THE TERMS OF ENTRY: VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE ABOVE CRITERIA CAN MEAN SANCTIONS INCLUDING BARRING YOUR ENTRY TO ISRAEL FOR 5 YEARS.

On Sunday, I am flying with United; I require a PCR test within 72 hours of flight. Most of my local Brooklyn testing centers cannot meet this requirement.

United allows you to pay for a RT-PCR Test that will give me a result within four hours. But they make you check a box confirming that "I have verified that RT-PCR TEST is accepted by the destination to which I will be traveling. This test is performed using the ThermoFisher Accula SARS-CoV-2 testing platform."

Does anybody have a source that Israel accepts these RP-PCR tests? Any advice?
I'm not in brooklyn, but why not do a rapid antigen sunday morning or mots"h? should be able to do it at CVS or urgent cares and results in 30 minutes

As of March 1, Israel no longer accepts rapid antigen tests. Hence, my dilemma.

mostly unenforced, but i have had recent customers who were refused boarding until they "produced" results with passport numbers

I'm assuming that at the point of being denied boarding, there's not too much you can do. How would you produce a result with a passport number within minutes?

That's silly. Sorry
I found an Avenue J urgent care center that promised 24 hour turnaround over the weekend.

Another quick question:

What happens if a PCR test was taken within 72 hours of the scheduled flight departure, but the flight is delayed.

Is there an extension of the validity of the PCR, or must you take another PCR test if the test now falls outside the window?

Thank you.

I did not get a green pass.
Do you still need a green pass?

Had friends with same problem when their Motzei Shabbos flight was delayed and became a Sunday morning flight. They said there was a little discussion with airline but then they were allowed to fly. Would guess that if when you check in its still the right day you will be OK, IYH.
