There is a very strong argument to made for each. The reality IMHO is more nuanced.

Yes, you can pick and choose certain things. When it comes to the overall rule of law is where it is a no-brainer for me.

One of them would love to be judge, jury and executioner and acts that way.
One of them disrespects our legal system at every turn and acts that way.
One of them thinks it is ok to assassinate your opponent (immunity) and let's not give him that opportunity.

Either way, as things stand now, it’s more Biden losing than Trump winning.
