It easy for individuals to convince themselves to look past just about anything. One thing that is extremely hard is their pocketbook.

Mortgage rates dropping significantly could be the only thing that might turn the tide. Otherwise I don't see how people feel better about their pocketbooks. At this point I don't think there's time to save Biden with a trick of that kind. Recent memories are of high mortgage rates.

The fact is that unless the electorate in a given state is close to evenly split, the likelihood of any single vote making a difference is close to zero.

Voting does way more than just winning elections. Just by participating you influence the candidates (and future candidates) positions and help shape their political agenda. Candidate that wins 80% knows he has strong backing on most issues. A candidate that has 55% support has to pick his battles and lean closer to the 45%. Everything is all about the data.

There is no moral debate. There is actually no debate with a puppet (that doesn't mean I think Trump is high on the morality scale).

I'd rather take someone who looks like what he is, than someone who presents one way but is completely rotten when the outer layer is peeled off.

Trump is rotten to the core. He has proven that over the years. Now if you want say but I like his SCOTUS picks that is fine. Trying to whitewash his past and or present is not going to fly.

Tump's does not attempt to conceal what he is. He's an open book.

Biden is a puppet concealing the true operators, and while he talks the high ground, some of his actions are despicable.

You have to be kidding. He tries to portray himself as the most moral/honest person in the world. His base buys that load of crap. He is in a league all by himself when it comes to being rotten to the core. Biden is no angle, but they are not in the same ballpark.

You need to learn how to read between the lines.

I actually highly doubt that anyone voting for him thinks that statement is literally true.

IMHO anyone taking those words literally has a serious problem.

Now let me give this some context and meaning. I think many can take it to mean 'The most honest person to be elected POTUS since Ronald Reagan'. (As far as I can recall anyone since Reagan was a lifelong politician or an attorney turned politicians).

No. I actually don't usually waste my time listening or reading every word uttered or written by people running for office. Those words are meaningless 100% of the time.
