Yes, they also have an exclusive poultry farm: http://pellehpoultry.com/about-pelleh-poultry/

I wonder if they will get into ice cream?

They definitely won me over with their yogurt.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Rant:

Can anyone please explain to me why there are around 5 different brands of cottage cheese (plus a low fat, full fat, and non-fat version of each) and they all look like this?

Why can't a single one of them look like this?

Who needs 5 versions of the same garbage?

So is Bethel an exclusive CY company at the next level (Shomer Shabbos ownership?) up from Kreider/POTF?

I'll agree that POTF outperforms Klein's/Mehadrin's ice cream, but is their milk really better than the standard options?
I thought it was just ultra-processed and filtered to make it last longer?

Which is why I never touch Cottage Cheese in the US, the only good Cottage Cheese I've had is the Israeli version (only 9% milkfat, never the 5%).

I have no idea. I don't think I've even tried POTF ice cream, and I'm not much of a milk consumer (just a bit in my coffee). Just going off what I've seen on DDF.

They definitely won me over with their yogurt.

I was wondering the same. A while ago they were experimenting with cheeses on their IG, but I don't know if it ever made it to market.

First I'm just waiting for them to come out with heavy cream and I'll start experimenting with my own ice cream! I have made incredible dulce de leche with their milk.

Ah, interesting. So it gets to consumers faster?

I will let DW and DD know about this. I'm sure they will be delighted.

Night and day

I'm going to do a blind taste test comparing POTF and Golden Flow. Or should I do Devash?

Devash is definitely second best.
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

Most, if not all are made in the same plant

Bethel : POTF = Brooklyn Artisan Bakehouse : Stern's.

So who needs all these kosher brands???

Same with canned goods, potato chips, etc.

Why can't we have different brands that actually cater to different standards.

Yup, I know of shluchim in far flung places that can get C"Y locally, but they only eat Ahava/CHK C"Y...
