There are also a bunch of whatsapp chats with rentals. These are often person-to-person (i.e. without an intermediary/agent fee, but confirm) and can be cheaper, but may also be riskier for both parties. Ideally get references when dealing with substantial amounts of money. To preserve the quality of the participants some people are reluctant to publicly post links to these chats. Bump, but changed apartments. Now fully renovated. Willing to rent $2500 for the month, or do a car swap to cover some of the rent. Can only be a couple with one or 2 kids
