Where I live I had bus stops. Stopped four times thru the neighborhood and filled the bus. If they did that they would have had no problem double tiring the bus service.

my guess is they put in some smoked meat similar to Shloimy's pastrami or tongue ptcha

Practically impossible. I showed up when I wanted and took over the counter so the guy could take a break. Wasnt really a job, more like a way to make spare cash.

If you are spending the money for design work I would recommend having a decorator design it. That will make it so much nicer. Mrs Schonbrun is good for basic color choosing but if you want it done really well a decorator will be head and shoulders above. The decorator would also be able to recommend a painter.
