RMA says even if it is only a possibility of eino ben yomo you may use the pot and it does not need to have sat at the Jewish owner.

Separate din of kli shel "yisroel" in the house of a goy, so there is an additional safek that he may not ever used it altogether. I understand that a hot water kettle in a hotel room has the same safek, that maybe it was never used for nothing other than water that it is intended to be used for, so that would be exactly Exgingi's point.

You can’t quite infer that from the source you gave. There it was a one time question if it was used for tarfus. Here we are talking about hundreds of people potentially of the course of years who may have used it. Even if one person one time did it it’ll be a problem! At some level of prevalence it’ll become an issue.

Apparently several keto products have used a k in a circle to show keto. Looks exactly like the ok hechsher. Similar to vegan using the ov. I wonder if ok is big enough to fight this off or will they have to change their symbol too.
