Reminds me of the not too well know issue of ordering a decaf coffee in a Starbucks. Even though סתם כלים allows a coffee that’s already been made, many times Starbucks won’t maintain a pot of decaf and will brew it upon your order. If there is a חשש that at one point the כלי was washed in a problematic way you’ll have an issue which סתם כלים won’t help you for.

basically informing of the removal of the kashrus certification of yogurt by  euro-uni classi (or something like that )by chug c"s petach tikva due to kashrus concerns ,and to inform that the rabbanut will also recall its kashrus certificate and stores should return stock to the distributor regardless of production date
