Anyone have info on Dover Tov Kosher certification and supervision? It's apparently headed by Rabbi Berach Stienfeld, who is involved with the OU. According to the OU's page on him "His involvement in Kashrus certification, experience in the classroom, as well as serving as Menahel in local mosdos has provided him with myriad opportunities to further his learning and growth", so that sounds promising. The particular restaurant I'm inquiring about is Dar Yemma Kosher in midtown Manhattan.
