Didn't have this issue, thankfully. Flew in Mint recently on a early morning flight, and couldn't fall asleep anyways, so economy (especially on older 767s) works fine for me.

I personally fly both. When it’s not much more to book business or if it’s available on points (even when a lot more points) then I book business. I never had the issue of getting too used to Business, and not being able to fly coach.

I do always try to make sure to get access to a lounge before the flight though. I think lounge access makes a big difference in my whole flying experience. And I have clear, but I find the clear to be closed half the times I fly.
