No, since I miss-connected, BA isn't going to have a KSML for me on my flight tonight. In the J Lounge, I asked about Kosher food, and they had soup (delicious) but they were out of bagels, so basically they didn't have anything filling. I asked if they can check if they can get a real meal from the First Class Lounge downstairs. The J Lounge kitchen manager said that the only way she'd be able to do that would be with permission from the BA Duty Manager (DM for short). Customer service happily called the DM and she said she would come up personally. She was up in a minute, and after hearing my request, contacted the F Lounge downstairs. She then escorted me to the F Lounge where she handed we over to an F Lounge agent to tell me all of my Hermolis offerings. So basically I'm chilling in the F Lounge now, and about to dig in to a Hermolis chicken meal. I already had the salmon meal which was delicious. I'm still starving so I may go for a third meal after this
In any case I've been really impressed with BA's service so far. This time I almost feel like they're going overboard CX style.
