What are your thoughts?
look back where it came from it certainly is insane, down -99.88% in a month is no joke . but this
But it's had some nice runs, the question is if we'll see one of those, and what's next as far as a potential buyout, or bankruptcy. If you look at it the daily volume there is amusing.

You’re looking for ways to flush your money down in the name of “amusement” and you choose trading penny stocks on a laptop over Las Vegas?? You’ve got no taste my man
It's amusing like when people are betting on CLE in the finals. You want to know why, because they can't be that dumb. ;)

Ever heard of death spiral financing? I didn't bother reading if this is the case here, but you should read up about it. Interesting concept to save companies from bankruptcy at the expense of dumb and greedy investors (if they can be called that).
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Betting on CLE in the finals you at least had 50% chance + history on your side. You put money in penny stocks you’re like putting dry wood in front of a lava path.

this is what I was referring to, volume was a side note

I was looking at swings.
Plus if the concept is good and the number are right (we have one of those) I'd play a penny (although you usually won't find such pennies)
and btw if I didn't make it clear, I'm the farthest thing from a pro investor, just giving my thoughts and cared for some feedback.

What are your thoughts?
One retiree investor told Business Insider he used the analyst coverage as part of his decision to pour almost $190,000 into Helios. His stake is now worth about $240.
Greed and ignorance, why invest $190000 in one stock, and keep adding on the way down?

No, but I read about it after your post, real interesting.

I heard about it when a client of mine who was previously involved in it, and had the opportunity to buy out his partners, was looking for someone to run his back-office, and asked me if I know someone capable. At first I recoiled at the idea, which sounded totally immoral to me.

But then I read this Bloomberg article which somewhat changed my perspective (though I still wasn't able to help my friend find someone to run his back office).

Another interesting article is this. The bottom line is that the death spiral financiers, are actually HELPING companies avoid bankruptcy and face total liquidation, at the expense of greedy and ignorant "investors", who would "invest" (or rather gamble) in other junk (or at the casinos, or lotteries) if this wasn't available. The regulations are there to make sure that the financiers do indeed risk their own capital, but they definitely have the opportunity to reap handsome rewards.

A quick Google search seems to show that just about everything is going bad.
Back to this. They keep going on about a spin off and waiting for the cut for date etc.
What does this depend on to go through?
Does anyone know what Sysorex would be worth when it happens?

Can someone explain to me in layman terms what’s happening to INPX? I have a whole bunch of shares there and I want to know what is happening any day now with spin offs etc.
This is an .11 c stock, a penny stock, @ what price did you purchase? These are very risky, sorry I do not know anything about the fundamentals of INPIXON.
Bought them at .35 +/-
Good luck, hope it works for you.

Interesting. I just skimmed through the article, will need to read it thoroughly.

There is this spin off happening soon with sysorex. I’m just not sure what that means for me
If you need it explained in laymen's terms and you are not sure what a spinoff means for you then why exactly did you place money into this?

Long before spin off was in the news. It was a making good money then did a sudden drop. I kept it because after the drop I read in the news about this spinoff. I only have about 10k shares in this one but I was wondering what it would mean for me
