Just tried getting my score and it doesn't seem to be working! Is anyone having the same issue?

BTW, I had ONE pull on my report. It was from that stupid freaking Target card that I accidentally signed up for.

Just in the past 4 months, I have gotten:

Ink Bold, SPG business, Chase BA, Barclay USAirways, Chase SW, Chase United, Chase SP, Amex Delta Gold consumer, Amex SPG consumer, Citi AA consumer, Citi AA business.

Many were 2bm and 3bm, but still, not a single one of them on my Equifax? So what does this mean? That my other scores where they were pulling from took all the damage? That those scores will be much lower?

How many have you signed up for until now? And how many are you planning on applying for now ?

I wouldn't.

That

Okay, I just got Citi Identity Monitor.

Takke almost ALL my pulls are on Experian. Amex pulled from Experian and so did Chase (thank G-d for a successful 2bm and 3bm with them.) Only Barclay pulled from TU. (I am in Pennsylvania, BTW.)

What is interesting is a few things:

1) That my Citi IM FAKO score for Equifax is pretty close to the real FICO. They gave me a 785. My real score is 786.
2) The difference between my Equifax (786) where there was only one pull and my Experian (750) where there were 7 cc pulls is 36. 5 points a pull sounds right, no?

"Your FICOŽ score has gone up to 774 on August 21, 2013. "

Jumped 19 points - had paid off some balances in the meantime.  Glad I didn't close it yet...

what is the top bracket for credit scores?
my most recent check had me at 787, how much can signing up for credit cards bring you down?
enough that it isnt worth doing it if i want to have a mortgage in the near future?

There is a thread discussing churning and getting a mortgage. It seems that you should find out from your bank what score you should have when applying for a mortgage. Once you have that, you can open cards accordingly.

Looking at MyFico Tool, looks like the top bracket is 760-850 for interest rates.  Seems to be no difference in rates once your score hits 760 or higher. That being said, please do not rely on this info for any practical purposes - hope that helps!

If you can keep your score up, nothing to really hold you back.  And then dial it back and hold off once you're about 2 years out (some say 1).

769 with two pulls (both denied before I became an AU). Does that mean that my other scores are significantly higher or just slightly?
