There is a 1 month lag for EDP points posting. So your bonus will post with the regular points next month. The points you have now are from last month.

trying loading $1500 on niece's Temp card today, the first $1k load went thru but the $500 on 2nd load failed. changed to a different amount and failed too. The screen shows error message says something like "CONTACT CIS" with cross mark on right.

ANyone know what this is?

Isn't 1k the max for a temp card?

I have always loaded $1500 on Temp cards that we have. Two separate loads though. Max load limit on Temp is $1500.

But on this temp card, the 2nd load didn't work. It is not becos of it being a temp card for sure cos I read somewhere in FT where someone reported this problem on his permanent card too.

you can load $500 on the initial load/purchase, and $1000 after that. If you loaded $500 it means the card was already activated and you can only do $1000 more.

Right, so after activation (regardless of amount you activated with) it's 1k-sounds right.

I bought this temp card 5 months ago and first initial load was $1 at that time. But never opened the package until 3 days ago.

So I went to a store to load $1k on it but the $500 failed. The screen shows erroe with check csis contact customer care or something.

I loaded $1k & a $500 2 weeks ago on another temp card that I also bought 5 months ago with $10 initial load.

I did $1000 and then $495 on temp the guy i bought it from only loaded $5
