That sucks (but is expected). Hope you have a better experience than I recently had w/ LH, where it took me 2 months to get a non-automated reply from them (infant was denied check in due to M&M incorrectly issuing award ticket. Had to pay 10% J class in cash).
I'm still waiting for LH over a year, case of a ticket not being issued on time
