That may be the interpretation they intended, but it's debatable.

The issue, and what's concerning, is that emails are being bounced back, so the data they may ultimately give, is going to incomplete and defective. This is where the irrevocable damages stems from, and it's what I'm going to lean on in a big way if this is not resolved in short order.

I don't think you should wait, if you think you have a good argument send it now. I agree that one line is the best thing I've seen so far to use.

All that paragraph means is that any service you use is subject to the terms and conditions of that service but it doesn't say anywhere that if you violate the terms and conditions of one service they have a right to shut all there other services

Unfortunately, it seems they may have the better end of the legal argument (see below), but most courts sit in both legal and equitable capacities, and I am confident we have the better equitable claim.

the system allowed one primary line with 5 additional users (total 6)
one one account i think i only ordered one, which got shut down as well

Sure does, it's one agreement. That's what the line means, by agreeing to this all other agreements become part of this.

Additional terms will be available with the relevant Services, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those Services.

I'd love a poll on this, but i literally cannot see how you are reading this.

It is an if then statement.

If you use those services then those additional terms become part of your agreement with us.

And understanding that when you use any google service you are under the google general agreement you can understand how breaking any term of that agreement now applies to all google services.
