I don't think the below point can be over-emphasized:
If a DDMS post goes up, it should emphasize that while suspended, emails are being *bounced* which means people will never know what they missed.
In some cases, bills, travel confirmations, work documents in Gdrive, etc, all of which if missed can irrevocably damage one's credit, risk their jobs, etc. It's actually truly problematic.
It's one thing if they suspend ACCESS during an investigation. But to suspend the entire account such that emails sent during the investigation are bounced and never to be recovered?
