I am more concerned about the safety issue of impossible evacuation from a station that takes so long to exit.

Since the whole place doubles as a public bomb shelter, there are emergency systems in place for ventilation and firefighting.

No place in the world is safe enough that it doesn't need possibility for safe evacuation. Especially a busy train station in a city that suffers from terrorism .Its very scary to think of masses trying to get up multiple huge escalators because of a scare let alone a true threat.

There are other emergency exits from the platform level.
The station NEEDED to be so deep because as it is the trains are running at the edge of their capabilities on the uphill grade.

Can confirm this absolutely. Yes, you may need to wait for the third elevator. But you'll still come out ahead of the escalator.
And for the record, I took elevators from the two gedolim's levayos, with kids, no problem (they made room for us when they saw the kids). I've also taken it with a wheelchair passenger, and eveyone gives them priority and makes room (people even leave the elevator to make space!). If it happened once, okay, but I've done this dozens of times and never had a problem.

Via Chaim V'Chessed:

Beginning July 2, families of FOUR or more members will be allowed to apply for new visas or renew existing visas via email.

Until now, families were required to visit the Interior Ministry to drop off their documents and were not granted visas on the spot. They were then required to return weeks later to collect their visas. Now, this whole process will be scrapped in place of an automated email-based system.

To apply, families must email the following documents to families-yeshiva-jerusalem@piba.gov.il:

This application form
Birth certificate of each applicant
Marriage certificate or Israeli ishur nisuin
Original letter from the student’s school or yeshiva (see sample here)
Copies of each applicant’s passport
Copies of the passports of the parents of the student and spouse
This process applies to both renewals and new applications. It is crucial that all documents are clearly scanned, and submitted in one compressed PDF file. Furthermore, applications which are missing documents will not be processed whatsoever. Applicants are expected to receive their visas in PDF format via email in approximately three weeks.

Student visa applicants with families of three or less will continue to apply in person at the Interior Ministry. Additionally, applications for Permission to Work must be made in person. At the present time, appointments are not needed, and applicants may arrive between 8-10 AM, Sunday though Thursday. However, applicants may be turned away once capacity is reached. Due to the expected crowds, officials have asked Chaim V’Chessed to urge that any non-urgent visits should be delayed until after next week.

King george/yaffo is 1.5 km from the tachana merkazit. that would be the nearest set of stops in the system aside from one set in tel aviv which are above ground  - not deeply excavated.

In terms of buying, it depends what you are looking for. DO you need a anglo kehila? A city? land of any sort, even zoned a a national park?

I'm assuming anglo means American? Not required. It doesn't have to be in a frum area either (but should be majority Jewish not Christian or Muslim) just has to be safe.
Land that has the ability to be built on. So I guess not that type of zoning if it prevents that.

The elevator got stuck for 30 minutes at least once. That would scar me for life.

Cheapest land currently approved   for building wolud have to be somewhere way out in the periphery... In cities you might be talking about places like dimona, yerucham, netivot, otef aza (if thats safe enough) metula, kiryat shmoneh, beit shean?

In the krayot a similar dira is 900000-1ml
I have no idea about specific neighborhoods...
other cheaper city: beer sheva, afula, migdal haemek,

There are yishuvim an hour+ from JLM in יו"ש, where you can get a 3 bedroom apt with a garden for about 1.5mil

I don't know off hand, obviously in general as you go farther away from the center prices go down (relative).. You can look at places where they overbuilt and there are a lot of investors, so like Afula (decent hospital, beautiful area all around, not sure how the school systems are) or south to Kiryat Gat.
