I was in touch with someone selling something like what LuvIsrael posted at the top of page 2 for just under $2k installed in NY/NJ. His email is ketermikvah@gmail.com and it's typically installed in the basement, cutting a hole in the floor, attaching it with screws, cementing it through the opening, and resealing. Here's the price breakdown he gave me:
Mikvah - $1,250
Heater - $125
Filter - $150
Pump - $175
Cover - $95
Steps - $175
I don't go daily, but have always immersed every Erev Shabbos, even in the most challenging conditions (think Antarctica, Iceland, Alaska when the Chabad mikvah was closed for repairs, multiple national parks, etc). I thought about heading to the Atlantic, but right now I'm convinced that staying alive and healthy is the tahara that Hashem wants me from me right now.
