As another aside on the hechsher thing, RYB once commented that Rav Landau Zatzal's hechsher is probably the best one in the country. (It is one of the four that he recommends without reservation to everybody.) He said that every other hechsher has as many mashgichim that they hire, but Rav Landau's has the entire Bnei Brak as mashgichim.
If you don't know why this is relevant, I aint sayin.
