Oh pls, I'm fighting with Swiss for a delay which resulted in another stop, messed up seats, no bassinet, no kosher food, arrived 12 hours late and they said go fly a kite
I'm not sure why you quoted me, but, yeah, Swiss is extremely stingy. I also had an issue with them. They refused to budge. Incidentally, I booked the itinerary with United miles, I asked them politely for some comp, even though it totally wasn't their fault, but Swiss was not being considerate. They did comp me a bit.
