My friend with severe celiac, uses oat challah and has only one kzayis.

My mother was diagnosed with celiac almost 30 years, back then it was very hard but now there are a ton of options and she washes every week on the challa she makes by herself, I think you can also buy oat gluten free matzah

What does she make it with? Can you ask her for the recipe please

Obviously I could google oat challah recipe but this is very subjective and things like Cheerios which are labeled gluten free are not so real life experience is important here .

Also the brands and where to buy them, please make your mom a Ddf account 😂😂😂

Just saying, he has severe celiac so even the weaker type of gluten found in oats is not good for him so he only has a kzais. But s/o with regular celiac, would be able to have a lot of oat challah (not sure where you can get it).

I think not. It seems the rest of the 5 grains have actual gluten.

The easiest way is to buy premade oat based challah mix, add the liquids and makes a dozen kizayis size challahs in a muffin pan. For everything else use non lechem mishna qualifying bread.
I'm not who you think I am.

Use kaf it is a one to one substitute in bread recipes https://www.target.com/p/king-arthur-measure-for-measure-gluten-free-flour-48oz/-/A-51341846

But this wouldn't be for lechem mishnah - just to clarify

And if you google her name I believe you can find the recipes online as well.
My sister uses her mixes and recipes as well, I think she's quite happy with them.

The mixes are good - Rories and Blends by Orly are the popular ones. My son has celiac and my wife uses the Orly mix. After lots of frustration and experimenting, she completely made up her own instructions as to how to use the mix and it comes out incredible - actually soft and fluffy, unlike the dense previous versions. PM if you want, I can give you her recipe - she has shared it with tens (if not hundreds by now) of people, who now use her recipe and swear by it. Warning, though - it's by no means a quick recipe...
