Would appear to be something that is eaten as part of a satiating dish and not generally served לקינוח, so it is probably considered באים מחמת הסעודה and even when eaten לקינוח it would be בטלה דעתו.

People nosh on them all the time and I've seen them sold in snack bags every now and then.

Then it may boil down to one’s specific kavana if he’s eating it lkinuach or lsova. It is probably difficult to determine so you’d usually apply safek brachos and not make a bracha.

I don’t think absent minded nibbling would make it have a din lkinuach. It’s mostly served as a part of a masbia dish.

Where can I find clear Maseh Rav's of mainstream Gedolim how they conducted themselves at events where in the audience there were Married women with uncovered hair. What did they do about saying Divrei Torah? Making Kiddush/Brachos? etc.

The Gaon doesn’t allow grapes to be eaten at all on R”H. Those who eat raisin challah obviously have no problem with grapes and can use them for shehecheyanu.
Raisins isn’t necessarily proof for grapes.

In Shmuel 1,25 it says that Avigayil brought Dovid raisins for Rosh Hashanah (see Rashi on passuk 8). Hard to argue with her as she was a prophetess.

Lol
@yungermanchik had linked to that convo. Looking through it I noticed a mention of the gra’s kpeidah about grapes and a follow up about raisin challah. I did some research to try to understand the problem with grapes, and bumped into רב שריה דבליצקי who pointed out that raisins are fine as per these psukim.

Second day in chu"l is like the first day, otherwise you don't need lachem.
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

Cutting childrens nails on chol hamoed?

My recollection is that I once looked into this and cam out that it is okay, but I cannot recall the source. Pbviously if they were cut before YT then there is definitely no issue.

interesting question, would we penalize them when their parents didn't cut it for them on erev? Would there be a difference between children who're capable to cut on their own? Are penalties even applicable on children?

To answer my own question, the penalty is not applicable to children
