Looks great but i don't think it will be enough for a coffee... that's the main reason we heat up water before Shabbos...

You use hot tap water for coffee?
Feelings don't care about your facts

This was my q. Was explained that in places like Montreal it's a big deal to do dishes with warm water.
But, I'm not sure if it's worth giving up a few hours of properly functioning hot water Friday afternoon, and I'm not sure how it's possible otherwise

I guess the cold water in Israel is comfortable for washing hands and dishes.
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

I guess i forgot about the US winter.

You are correct. It rarely gets cold here. The winter here is like 2 months. From like December 15th until February 15 and there are some places that you don't really even need a coat at all.
Main Israel (Between Yerushalayim and Tel Aviv) can go many years without a single snowflake.

Unless its a rainy winter... I remember my first winter in EY, it seemed like I got cold with the first rain and was miserable till purim. Mind you, I almost never wore anything aside from my davening jacket in NY winters...
(I know, I know... you know what I mean... ;D)
OTOH in JLM you (especially women) could need a sweater at night even in July and August...  ;D

Yup. I was at a levaya today and they were handing out water...
but it's going to be in the low 40s at night for the forseeable future... not quite Montreal but cold enough to make the water uncomfortable in the morning...

I dont think this is true. A few minutes before Shabbos, it runs out your hot water so that the tank is below YSB. You can even have this happen once Shabbos begins. as long as water is above YSB, it will not allow water to flow from your faucets.

@Moshe Green @mevinyavin @rbs-g1.5  or any other Israeli minded member here:
Have any of you ever researched up to what outside temp the water in the dud shemesh wont get to yad soledes at all over shabbos?
I mean on a clear day... not a cold cloudy rainy one where theres no safek.
If you haven't - can you think of a way that this could be determined?

I have a question,
A lot of times when a package comes late from Amazon or it does come not the next day even though I have Prime,
I chat with them that it's late or that it takes longer to arrive, and that's true,
But usually, I don't even care so much, and they compensate me, is it a problem?

(I don't have sympathy for Jeff Bezos- I usually buy items sold by Amazon, not 3d ps, if the answer is that it's just not nice.)

I don't see an issue with that, halachically or ethically

Nope.
I have tried to understand a dud shemesh but i never really understood how the sun makes the water hot... do you know how?

Basically it works using convection (hot air/water rises, cold sinks)
the tank has 4 connections. One inlet from the cold water system, one outlet to the house, It is connected with two connections to the "solar panel" one at the bottom of the tank and one at the topish. The panel is painted black with a snake of pipes (sort of like a reverse radiator/condenser coil). the (relatively) colder water in the tank sinks out of the tank into the panel piping flows through the snaking, picking heat up along the way, until it gets to the top of the tank...
More or less, all the water in the system is a consistent temp within a couple of degrees or so.
When you use water, the system lets new water in through the inlet - like all hot water tank systems.
Hope it's clear enough... I can try to clarify more if you need

So all the water slowly rises a bit at a time?
Why when im using the hot water it can quickly become cold?
