The cooking is Bishul Yisrael according to the Rema, not the Beit Yosef.
The vegetables are Gush Katif. The cabbage is NOT.
The Mashgiach says, the hard cheeses are not Mehadrin.

- Espresso Station - Milk is usually Mehadrin Tnuva, you can look at the bag (Yes milk comes in a 5 gallon bag)
- Hot Stations- Not really sure, they serve dinner there also which is fleishig, I'm guessing they switch the stations, but i wouldn't....
