So, COVID is not cancelled in CH?
Who is your question directed at?
Those that issued directives regarding Tishrei visitors, but none for Kislev visitors?
The Rabbi who staunchly advocated mask wearing and avoided 770, but stopped wearing a mask and is a regular in 770?
The loss of Chaim Meir Lieberman is an unfathomable tragedy. I have no idea where or how he contracted COVID-19. From what I heard he was strict about mask wearing and distancing (himself and people around him).
To be clear, no level of discomfort is worth a single Jewish life. It seems like the medical and Halachic authorities of Crown Heights don't see the crowds in 770 or at weddings as an issue.
And maybe, just maybe, some kind of immunity passport/bracelet might actually be effective.
