Venture X New Capital One Premium Card

Anyone have experience with the cell phone protection benefit on Venture X? It says when you make a claim you have to show "A copy of the device summary page from Your cellular wireless phone bill or other sufficient proof of the claimed cell phone model linked to Your cell phone account". I have a Pixel on T-Mobile and it just shows a generic BYOD picture. I assume that wouldn't fly?

for the primary auto collision coverage benefit, booking the car through the capital one travel porarl with this cc shoud provide primary coverage correct?

follwoing up on that if you book the car through the portal with capital one points does it also provide the primary coverage and do you get the $300 credit?

its been a week since the airbnb charge posted, still no credit.
how long does it usually take?

it's been a month for me since I spent it on an Airbnbbooking and still no credit.
I contacted Cap1 and all they said is it can take up to 3 statements.  Any way to expedite? 
I signed up back when the new card was released and I want to be refunded at the very least before my 2nd annual fee posts...
