Most articles describing when Google pioneered these kinds of campuses also described some work

If you listen to the beginning of the video - it was a trip for her (probably needed to be there for the meetings), if she'd work there everyday she'd be doing a lot more work. Also, take it with a grain of salt - it likely is partially a recruiting video. The whole reason why they have all these perks is for recruiting reasons - so the more "chill and relaxed" someone makes it seem, the better.
