The reason I created it in politics is because everyone seems to be saying his reasoning for his purchase has to do with Twitter censorship.

Not necessarily. He can borrow against his other assets, ie. Tesla shares.

Can he borrow that much? This is like 1/6 of his net worth. Even if Tesla stock remains stable, he’d have to sell shares regularly to pay the interest on that loan, and incur huge capital gains tax liabilities in the process.
