I know a biological male who as a teen had what would now be called dysphoria including dressing in female clothes. He got no help or intervention at all and is now delighted that he wasn't led down that road.

doesnt need to be backed up, for goodness' sake if a vital limb, which is critical for purposeful use is chopped off, deeming the person incapable of performing necessary acts, that is mutilation.
