I have no idea who Rosen***** is. He's not answering and his mailbox is full.
I was there on Purim (yud-daled) and it was in regular condition. It's very possible that there was wilderness on erev Shabbos last week being that it was Shushan Purim. But that's an understood exception and should not effect a normal sober erev Shabbos.
