If you're asking about Wold and Lamb in Brooklyn, IME its way better. Good steak and solid appetizers. And nice ambiance. Try to sit upstairs; its quieter and less people.

UPDATE:

Promenade Bar and Grill is now officially 100% Kosher under the OK Hashgacha.

went there tonight (first night) to watch yank vs bosox and food was great. Prices very reasonable. Had the chicken tenders and wings as an app, the prime burger with fried egg, beef bacon and avocado for the main, with the triple threat brownie for desert.

Holy Rollers cart back on the corner of 45th and 6th (been back since chol hamoed).
Got 2 for $10 hot dog special with chili dog and reuben dog. Both were really good and packed with toppings. The reuben dog had more pastrami and onions on it than there was hot dog.
chol hamoed ??? they severed what exactly?
and do they have reliable hechser?

Just want to say, after spending a few days in miami area, I really take for granted how great kosher restaurants in NYC are. really nothing compares in miami other than maybe 26 [EDIT AND ZAK THE BAKER OF COURSE, WHICH IS PROB ONE OF THE BEST KOSHER VALUES ANYWHERE]. and Fuego actually lies on their menu about their "28-day aged" steaks that are super thin and cooked welldone even if u ask for medium rare...

I happen to think the Kosher Restaurant scene in Miami is better than NYC.

Are you serious?!?

Miami has 26 and ZTB. Nothing else can touch NYC.

Maybe I'm just tired of the NYC scene and Miami is just more fresh for me.

I just think that NY restaurants are all very similar to each other. Most of them are steakhouses that have very similar menus while Miami has a wider variety of restaurant styles. Plus, besides for RC and Wolf & Lamb, I find the rest of the steakhouses to be a waste of money. Le Marais isn't what it used to be, PG is the most overrated and overpriced restaurant I've ever been to, and Abigails is just nothing special.

Examples?
Rare Bistro - Truffle fries. Enough said

Kosh - Definitely a top kosher steakhouse

The Backyard BBQ & Brew - One of my favorite dining experiences. Got a veal special which was amazing. Wish they have better tables/chairs/ambiance

Asia - Filling a nice niche in the kosher restaurant world

Try:

Mike's Bistro
Pardes
Prime KO (Not sure if Prime West is as good)
Tever

Rare Bistro is way past its prime.
Kosh is decent. But not comparable to a Mikes or Reserve Cut or even Loft.
Backyard BBQ was the worst BBQ I've ever tasted.
Asia was ranked by JayWhy as the worst restaurant in the world. I wouldn't say that (lettuce wraps were good), but the Chinese stinks.

Aside from 26 and ZTB there's nothing that NYC doesn't have a better answer for. And better service in NYC too.

Lol. Nobody likes Asia. Also butchers block has gotten several bad reviews from locals.

OTOH, I just recently went to LOFT and their mains have started going downhill.

I didn't care for butchers block much, covered it in my last TR.
That's too bad about Loft, AJK said the same thing.
